The Tulsa County District Attorney is charging Officer Betty Shelby with first-degree manslaughter in the shooting death of Terence Crutcher, according to KOKI.

Crutcher was unarmed when Shelby shot him on Sept. 16.

Three days after Crutcher's death, the Tulsa Police Department released 911 audio, dash cam videos and a police helicopter video of the incident. Chuck Jordan, Tulsa's chief of police, described the footage as "very disturbing and difficult to watch."

On Wednesday evening, hundreds attended a vigil in his honor, holding hands and bowing their heads.

Tulsa police told KOKI they have not released the police report into Crutcher's death to the DA yet.
